About Me

I am originally from a small town in Pennsylvania called Bradford. I lived in Bradford until moving to Bonita Springs Florida in 1987 while still attending middle school. I graduated from Estero High School, Estero Florida in 1993. I then attended Tallahassee Community College from 1993 to 1995 before transferring into Florida State University. I graduated from FSU in 1998 with a degree in Real Estate from the College of Business.From 1999 to 2001 I worked for Bradford Construction doing varies construction activities including, but not limited to interior framing, setting trusses, running facia etc. From 2001 to 2002 I worked for Pulte Homes in Naples Florida as a sales assistant helping coordinate sales from contact to closing. In 2002 I entered into general real estate, and placed my license at Downing-Frye Realty Inc. also located in Naples Florida. Since entering into general real estate in 2002 I started focusing on waterfront properties in a community called South Gulf Cove located in Charlotte County Florida. I have been involved in over 1500 transactions, both residential and commercial properties combined. I reside in Charlotte County full time with my wife Angela and our two corgi pups Cash & Piper.
